The publication “Cross-Border and Territorial Cooperation Programmes in Montenegro” provides a concise overview of the cross-border and territorial cooperation programmes in which Montenegro participates within the IPA III programming framework for the period 2021–2027. The purpose of the publication is to provide potential beneficiaries from Montenegro with basic information on funding opportunities available through cross-border and territorial cooperation programmes.
Cross-border and territorial cooperation programmes are implemented with the financial support of the European Union, with the aim of encouraging cooperation between neighbouring countries and regions, improving socio-economic development, and addressing common challenges.
The publication presents an overview of ten cross-border and territorial cooperation programmes implemented in Montenegro, including trilateral, bilateral, and transnational programmes. For each programme, basic information is provided on the programme territory, thematic priorities, specific objectives, available budget, and relevant contact details.
Potential beneficiaries can find more detailed information on the programmes and open calls for proposals on the websites listed within the descriptions of individual programmes, as well as on the website www.eu.me.
The publication was issued by the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro in April 2023. The content of the publication is the sole responsibility of the Ministry of European Affairs and does not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union.
