The Municipality of Tuzi, in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro and with the support of the project “Municipalities for the EU,” marked Europe Day by organizing an event at Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeg Square.
At the square, a fair of local products and handicrafts was held, where entrepreneurs from Tuzi presented their work and contribution to the development of the community.

Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with a variety of products and to talk directly with exhibitors, which further emphasized the importance of supporting the local economy.

The event was enriched with informative content – through displayed materials and direct discussions on site, projects implemented by the Municipality of Tuzi with the financial support of the European Union were presented.
The focus was on projects in the fields of social protection, waste management, agricultural support, and local infrastructure, which are areas that directly affect the everyday lives of citizens.

During the day, official visits of representatives of the European Union to local institutions were also organized, where discussions were held on previous cooperation and plans for future joint activities.
The celebration of Europe Day in Tuzi is part of the Europe Month manifestation in Montenegro, in which all Montenegrin municipalities took part.
