The training on “Preparation of Project Proposals for the Horizon Programme” will be held on 19 and 20 November at the Monte Casa Hotel in Petrovac.

This two-day training is intended for employees of local self-government units and aims to enhance their capacities in preparing and implementing projects funded by the European Union. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the Horizon Europe Programme, and through interactive exercises become familiar with the Horizon Funding and Tenders Portal, gain useful advice on how to find relevant calls for their municipalities, as well as identify potential partners for implementing desired projects.

The training is part of the activities implemented within the project “Municipalities for EU – Empowering Local Communities in Montenegro’s European Integration Process”, financed by the European Union in Montenegro and implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration and the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of local governments to access EU funds, apply European standards, and actively participate in the European integration process.
