On the second day of the meeting of the Network of Municipal Project Managers, the focus was on reviewing past activities and defining directions for the further development and improvement of the Network’s work.
The second day was facilitated by Goran Đurović, Capacity Building Expert on the “Municipalities for EU” project, and Simona Bošković from the Union of Municipalities, who jointly moderated the discussions and planning process with participants.

In the introductory session, key activities implemented during 2025 were presented, including the organisation of the two-day Network meeting in June, active participation of members in trainings and capacity-building activities delivered by the “Municipalities for EU” project and the Union of Municipalities, as well as the preparation of the Donor Report covering all local self-government units for the period 2021–2026.
Special attention was given to defining objectives and priorities for the upcoming period, as well as improving coordination mechanisms and cooperation within the Network. Through joint work, participants discussed key activities to be included in the Network’s Action Plan for 2026.

The discussion confirmed the importance of continuous exchange of experience and strengthening of municipal capacities, with the shared goal of more efficient use of available funds and more effective implementation of projects at the local level.
