First Call for Proposals has been launched under the project “EU 4 All in Montenegro”, co-funded by the European Union and implemented by the Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS) in partnership with the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro.

The Call is intended for all municipalities in Montenegro, with the aim of supporting projects contributing to the improvement of local infrastructure, quality of public services, and local development in line with EU standards.

The total indicative budget of the Call amounts to EUR 900,000, while individual grants may range from EUR 30,000 to EUR 60,000.

The level of support may range from 60% to 95% of the total eligible project costs, while projects must include an investment component representing at least 70% of the total eligible costs, with a focus on the development and improvement of local infrastructure and public services.

The deadline for submission of applications is 6 July 2026 at 15:00.
